It's been 3 weeks since I ordered, where is my yarn? TOP
Our normal turn around time for orders is 14-21 business days depending on how busy we are. If we are running behind we try to keep our customers updated.

How do I track my order? TOP

What do the order tracking terms mean? TOP
Pending: We have your order and it is waiting to be dyed is you ordered dye to order items, or if you bought instock, it is waiting to be packed. Shipped: Means we have shipped your item. Completed: This means we have dyed, shipped and the item has been confirmed delivered via tracking. Back ordered: This means that one or more of the items you ordered is on back order. In most cases this means we are waiting on the base yarn or fiber to come from our supplier. Canceled: This means your order has been canceled for some reason.

How do you dye your yarn? TOP
We use only color and light fast professional dyes. Each skein is hand dyed or hand painted by our fiber artist.

Where do you get your yarn & fiber from? TOP
All of or products and fibers come from reputable wholesale suppliers dedicated to supplying the highest quality yarn and fibers. We do not use discount retail yarns or 2nd quality products. All our yarn, fiber and other products are top of the line, high quality. No second rate stuff here!

Why does it take so long to dye yarn? It's just yarn! TOP
Each skein is dyed by hand by one person in our family run business.Quality takes time, and your patients will be rewarded. If we are taking a little longer to get items dyed and shipped, we do our very best to let the customer know. We always welcome order inquiries.

I see you have pets, I have allergies, do I need to worry? TOP
Nope, no need to worry. Our pets are kept away from our products, both pre and post dyeing. We understand no one wants dog hair on their product, that isn't the type of "extra" ones wants to find in their package. We also keep "shedless" dogs. We have poodles and a Hairless Chinese Crested. The poodles shed very little and our Hairless has almost no hair and also doesn't shed much. Until they learn to work door knobs and rub themselves on the yarn and fiber, we are safe.
