Ordering, Payments, Shipping & returns
Ordering We take orders via our secure website & shopping cart 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may also place your order over the phone during our normal business hours. We reserve the right to refue or cancel any order for any reason, at our discrestion. Payments Payment is due at the time the order is placed. We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Revolution Money Exchange & money orders. Money orders must be sent within 2 business days of ordering. Orders without payments will be canceled. Shipping US orders under $50.00 have flat rate shipping of $5.00; US orders over $50.00 have free shipping. All orders outside the US will be billed a flate rate of $15.00 and any overage will be refunded at the time of shipping. We don't want to over charge you for shipping. Most in stock orders are shipped within 5-7 business days after payment. Custom orders take longer. Please see the listing for our current turnaround time or contact us. Once your order leaves us we are no longer responsible for what happens to it. We do suggest postal insurance, but it isn't required. All of our domestic packages come with delivery confirmation. In the case your package were to become lost we will do our best to help track it down. Most overseas (non US) packages do not come with delivery confirmation unless you are willing to give an arm and a leg for it. If you feel you need this on your items, please let us know. Please note we are not responsible for customs charges or delays. All items come from a smoke free, child & dog friendly studio. What does this mean? It means we are a family owned and run business but we do not let our dogs or children play in or around our inventory or pack orders, the chances of finding either a child or a small dog (hairless and poodle) in your order is very slim. Order tracking You can track your order online by going to order tracking at the bottom of any page on the website. Simply enter your email address used to place the order and the order number to see where your order stands. Returns Please note: Some lanolin/fiber washes containing essential and or fragrance oils. Fragrance & essential oils can and will make the color bleed or migrate on our (and other) yarns/fibers. We recommend using ONLY unscented & essential oil free lanolin and fiber washes or solid unscented lanolin to wash our yarns. If you want to add a nice smell to your wash please use only SOAK wash on our products to guarantee their color fastness and original quality. Yarns washed with lanolin washes that make them bleed cannot be returned!Please contact us within 30 days of ordering. Items will be exchanged, replaced or a store credit will be issued. Less return shipping to our studio. All returns or exchanges require a return authorization. Packages without a valid number will be refused and returned to sender. Please contact us immediately if you have any problems with our product and we will do our best to fix it. All items must be returned in the original condition and with packing, labels and ball bands still attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for used, opened or wound skeins. Yarn containing pet hair or orders cannot be returned.
